All FOTOWORKS are packed in protective bubble wrap & boxed to avoid potential damage during transit. Upon receipt of damaged goods it is the customers responsability to inform us within 2 days at sales@maxmalandrino.com.
Your order will then be replaced free of charge. If you fail to contact us within this time we will be unable to replace your order free of charge. Under the Distance Selling Regulations Act you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods where a refund for the full amount will be returned to you. This does not include shipping & packaging costs.
